X is all about grinding out stat maxing items and capturing monsters, very very fun end game grind with a super satisfying payoff. The end game grind is, imo, the best part of this game. And I believe the story is one of the best in the franchise. XII is all about farming for loot drops and treasure chests to get the best equipment.

Figured I'd pass this along to anyone currently looking to or struggling with max leveling out. Go eat some lasagna, bang it out against Garuda for an hour or so, travel to a luxury hotel then laugh at your level gains lol. Also, the vortex weapons are pretty damn awesome if and when you finally accumulate enough for them.
